Lesik Omodada (UA) ist ein Multiinstrumentalist und Gründungsmitglied der bekannten ukrainischen Bands Tik Tu und Los Colorados, wo er für Bass, Keyboards und Schlagzeug zuständig ist, außerdem ist er Produzent mit viel Erfahrung in diversen Musikrichtungen in seinem eigenen Studio Shpytal Records.
Als Musiker war er Mitglied der Polka-Punk-Band “Los Colorados” (2008-2013). Sie sind berühmt dafür, Coverversionen von Popsongs im ukrainischen Folk-Stil zu machen, die insgesamt über 20 Millionen Aufrufe auf YouTube haben. Mit Los Colorados erschien das Album “Move it” in Berlin mit Motor Music Label für die EM 2012 mit dem Soundtrack für den ZDF “I like to move it”. Tik Tu ist eine 2014 gegründete Band, die eine vielseitige Mischung aus elektronischem und Live-Sound mit Samplern, Flöte, Geige, Schlagzeug und Gitarren bei Live-Auftritten bietet. In Shpytal Records werden Musikalben ukrainischer und europäischer Musiker aufgenommen, darunter traditionelle Musik aber auch experimentelle Projekte und populäre Hits mit dem Ziel die kulturelle Vielfalt der Ukraine aufzuzeigen.
Oleksandr Drachuk is the founder, owner of the “Shpytal Records
” studio, sound engineer and multiinstrumentalist. Born in Ternopil, Ukraine on 14.04.1990. As a musician he was a member of a polka punk band “Los Colorados” (2008 – 2013). They are famous for making covers on pop songs in ukrainian folk style, which has over 20 million views in YouTube in total. Also they’ve recorded the album “Move it” in Berlin with Motor Music Label
and introduced a soundtrack for German TV channel ZDF “I like to move it” during Euro 2012. Nowadays he is a member of the band Tik Tu and makes music as Omodada. Tik Tu is a band formed in 2014, that brings an eclectic mix of electronic and live sound, using samplers, flute, violin, drums and guitars during live performances. In 2016 they released their first LP Shuma,
which became the best album of 2016 in Ukraine (Liroom, Comma).
As an event manager, he was in co organization of intercontinental online festivals “Intercity live”, which became the most viewed/listened to among cultural events in Ukraine during the pandemic. Overview more than 1,000,000 viewers from all over the world. Also he started the annual festival “The Echo of Pariy”, which takes place on a motor ship in the middle of the Ternopil lake. It gathers international musicians and honors the memory of the founder of Ternopil shipping -Taras Hryhorovych Pariy.
In 2013 Oleksandr founded a Shpytal Records studio. Since then, more than 50 music albums of Ukrainian and European musicians have been recorded, including traditional music,experimental projects and popular hits. Studio also works with educational animation and social videos, which are part of the All Ukrainian online school program.
